Using the Swipe and Identify functions in the Story Map series application does not work as expected when used with the Nokia Lumia 620 phone device and Windows 8.1 Operating System.

This issue is specific to a mobile device that is several years old. There is also a feasible workaround, so unfortunately this issue will not be addressed due to other development priorities.

Workaround

Use the drop-down to change the tab instead of swiping.
