Using the Sign In tab to log in to a secured ArcGIS Enterprise Sites page returns the following error message, “Access Denied: Your account does not have access to the site.”

The issue is not reproducible.

Workaround

  • Click the Sign In button in the Authentication Required window.
  • Refresh the page when the error is displayed.
