Using the same dataset, the Create Vector Tile Package tool in ArcGIS Pro 2.1.2 creates a larger vector tile package compared to the vector tile package generated by the older version of ArcGIS Pro.

The Create Vector Tile Package tool is updated through a different ArcGIS Pro release to ensure the tile content and rendering are close to the authored map. Between the releases mentioned in the issue, changes are made to the tile storage for feature geometries and attribution including label properties that could increase the tileset size.Steps to Reproduce
