Bug

Using the RESERVE command within the options file for License Manager 10.1, with licenses authorized at different versions, causes ArcMap 10.0 not to open and return the error that all licenses are in use.

Workaround

Install License Manager 10.0 and authorize 10.0 licenses on the same computer as ArcGIS Desktop 10.0.
