Using the PEOBJEDITHOME variable, and an original WKID for a geographic transformation, the transformation is duplicated in the Geographic Coordinate System Transformations dialog in ArcMap.

Workaround

Add 200000 to the original WKID codes in the GEOGTRAN file.
