Using the Migrate Storage tool to migrate from SDEBinary to SQL Server Geometry fails with the error, "DBMS table not found", if the spatial index is corrupt.

Workaround

Perform the following prior to running the migrate storage:• Rebuild the spatial index using ArcCatalog.• Remove the spatial index using ArcCatalog.
