Inactively creating features or records with Feature- or Recordset is a single process model. The listed Workaround is how this is designed.Workaround
Create two models: the first model is used to interactively select points and create a feature class. The second model is used to run the Calculate Locations tool on the first model’s output.Steps to Reproduce
