Using the Directions widget to reverse the geocode in the ArcGIS Online Map Viewer sometimes appears to snap to an incorrect street rather than finding the selected street, though the widget can sucessfully geocode to the same location.

Move the reverse geocoding point to a part of the street that matches higher than the surrounding streets.
