Workaround
Use either one of the following workarounds:
Use the Manage Tile Cache and Export Tile Cache tool:
- Run the Manage Tile Cache tool with parameters visible in video MTC.wmv;
- When step 1. is successfully completed, run the Export Tile Cache tool with parameters visible in the ETC.wmv video. When the map tile package is created, add it to ArcGIS Online using the New item option in My Content, check radio button to create a hosted tile layer "Add tile package and create a hosted tile layer";
- When Tile layer is succesfully published, add it to the web map, open the Web Mapping Application and check Attribute Table widgetArcGISOnline3.wmv - it is possible to open it, resize and close, it is possible to configure configure Attribute Table widget;- for additional information, please see the attached video ArcGISOnline3.wmv;
- In ArcGIS Pro open the "Share package" tool, Input package - a copy of Map tile package that was created in step 2., mark "Publish web layer" and run the tool. When the tile layer is successfully published, add it to the web map, open the Web Mapping Application and check Attribute Table widget - it is possible to open it, resize and close, it is possible to configure configure Attribute Table widget;
Move Tile layer (from "Create Map Tile Package" workflow) to the basemap

Steps to Reproduce
