Using the countryCode parameter value of 'KR' or 'KOR' (South Korea) in the ArcGIS REST API geocoding service 'suggest' request returns magicKey values for locations in the Southeastern United States.

Additional Information

The parameters passed in to the 'suggest' operation also need to be passed in to the findAddressCandidate operation as well. In this specific case, the request worked as expected when adding Singleline=Seoul+KOR&countryCode=kr.
