Bug
Using the CloudFormation template to add a geodatabase in an Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL instance to ArcGIS Server fails to retrieve the password from the AWS Secrets Manager when specifying the Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the secret ID and instead sets the password to the ARN.
