Using the Clip tool on a mosaic dataset where the coordinate system between the source raster and the mosaic dataset differs, generates a raster with a larger (coarser) cell size.

Workaround

In the Export Data dialog box, change the cell size back to 1 to match the original raster or upgrade to Version 10.1 SP 1.
