This is expected since the project layer (in ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App) where the 'site attributes' are coming from is not being used in ArcGIS Experience Builder. There is a misunderstanding about how 'site attribute' data sources can be used in infographics in the ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App vs. the Business Analyst widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder.
