Additional Information

This is a workflow issue. Regarding the texture issues, the original data (Revit), does not have textures and is why there are no textures on the geodatabase (GDB) output. For the color issues, the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) system has color because symbology for the layers is implemented by leveraging the SystemID attribute to help understand the different systems. To reproduce this behavior after the data has been exported to a geodatabase, the Make Building Layer geoprocessing tool must be run on the dataset.

Workaround

Run the Make Building Layer geoprocessing tool.
