This issue works correctly in subsequent ArcGIS Pro versions (3.3, 3.4, 3.5). Using the data associated with this bug, edit SDCX and enrich the work interchangeably for SDCX files created in ArcGIS Pro 3.3, 3.4, and 3.5.
