Workaround
Select cancel on the ArcGIS Online sign in prompt to run the tool without providing credentials as seen in BUG-000119646 (Analysis Widget in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 can be executed by ignoring the ArcGIS Online 'Sign-in' request.)
