Bug
Using the 'Add New To Relationship' option on branch versioned related tables with attribute rule is successful in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.3 but fails in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.4 with the error message, "Edit operation failed. ERROR: Unable to complete operation. Invalid foreign key value" returned.
