Using shp2sde rejects features with "failed initial verification: Ring crosses ring” error, while importing from ArcCatalog is successful.

Workaround
Use ArcCatalog to import the shape file. However this workaround is not valid for user because they want to use the SDE command prompt for batch purposes.Steps to Reproduce
