Additional Information

This behavior is not reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App. If this issue continues to be observed, please reach out to Esri Support Services for further investigation.

Workaround

Two possible workarounds exist:

  1. Ensure the geography used to limit the extent of the returned features from the color-coded maps is created within the same data vintage. For example, when creating a color-coded map with the USA (Esri 2023) data vintage selected, ensure the geography to limit the extent of the returned features is created with the USA (Esri 2023) data vintage active.
  2. Within the Color-coded maps configuration, in the Geography section, for the Analysis extent parameter, use the Search capability to generate the limiting geography 'on the fly'.
