Additional Information

In ArcGIS Pro 2.2, use the new Enrich tool instead of "Enrich Layer".

Workaround

Avoid using '<a href="http://www.arcgis.com" target="_blank">http://www.arcgis.com</a>' as the licensing portal when using multiple portal connections in ArcGIS Pro.
