Using Export to CAD and exporting from a file geodatabase feature class to a 3D DGN file, the output TEXT entities are invisible in both Microstation v. 8 and in ArcMap.

Workaround
The Data Interoperability Extension Quick Export Tool converts the data correctly. See "adie_3d.dgn" for the results.Steps to Reproduce
