Using conditional visibility on switch question types in editing forms changes the question appearance to a combo box when editing in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer and the condition is toggled false and true.

This is due to the default values not being preserved. The field settings in the form can be changed to preserve values in the form when hidden by conditional visibility.Steps to Reproduce
