Using codec=amr-nb in the bind::esri:parameters column in ArcGIS Survey123 Connect causes audio files collected through the survey to be unplayable in ArcGIS Online.

Workaround
Do not use codec=amr-nb. Instead, use codec=aac or leave the parameter blank. By default, ArcGIS Survey123 uses a format compatible with the device.
