Using ArcGIS Field Maps 22.3.0 on Android devices, it is not possible to zoom in on attachments (JPEG, JPG, PNG, JFIF, and TIF).

Workaround
Within the Esri Community, it has been discussed that the image is saved on a server with the feature service and the web map. Then, the photo is attached via a URL. A hyperlink can be used when the user wants to zoom in.
