This is a low-impact/severity bug. A manual refreshMembership is not necessary unless the administrator is troubleshooting a group membership issue, which is a rare occurrence, and it is easy enough for the administrator to ensure that the administrator is specifying the group names without typographical errors.Steps to Reproduce
