Using an ArcGIS Server print service when printing to PDF in the A3 Portrait layout using the Export Web Map task causes some legend items to display incorrectly and pixelated.

An improved print service rendering engine was introduced with ArcGIS Server 10.6 and this behavior should no longer occur using the default print service or a custom print service published from ArcGIS Pro.Workaround
