Using an ArcGIS Online default print service when printing to PDF & SVG in the A3 Portrait layout causes some legend items to display jagged & pixelated.

By the way, in ArcGIS Desktop 10.6 this issue does not arise. In ArcGIS Desktop 10.6, the out of the box printing service (inside Utilities folder) is using Pro/11x code base.
If users publish a printing service from ArcGIS Pro, then users must have not seen this issue.
But, if users publish a printing service from ArcMap, users still run into this issue since the printing service still uses the old code base.
