Using a custom geoprocessing service in the Geoprocessing widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder creates duplicate features in the ArcGIS Online feature layer.

Workaround
- Use the submitJob operation at the REST service URL of the geoprocessing service.
- Use Portal for ArcGIS 10.9.1. If able to access ArcGIS Web AppBuilder in Portal for ArcGIS 10.9.1, the application can be created there.
