Users using ArcGIS Mission Responder on both iOS and Android devices are intermittently prompted with error message: "Your account is currently active on another device. You have been disconnected from this mission. For more information, please contact your ArcGIS System Administrator".

Additional Information

While this is an inconvenience, it does not affect the holistic operation of ArcGIS Mission. This issue is recognized and work is in progress to improve the handling of connection and reconnection. Additionally, the message is misleading, as there is no other user accessing the account and the account has not been breached.
