Users can no longer query logs in ArcGIS Server Manager on Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) after installing the ArcGIS for Server Security 2016 Update 2 Patch.

Additional Information

Unable to reproduce the issue when using IE 9 to access and query the logs through ArcGIS Server Manager.

Workaround

Upgrade IE9 to IE11 or use a different browser supported by ArcGIS 10.3.1 for Server.
