User unable to publish file geodatabase which contains multiple stand-alone tables and relationship class in ArcGIS Online.

Workaround

1. Open ArcGIS Pro and open the file geodatabase from the Catalog pane.
2. Add the tables to the map as stand-alone tables.
3. Select all the tables by using Ctrl + Left-click.
4. Right-click the selection and choose Share > Share As Table.
5. Fill in the required information and click Publish.

Basically, tables with the prefix of 'org_' are considered system tables and excluded in some processes, such as publishing. The temporary workaround is to rename the tables.
