Additional Information
Duplicate of BUG-000124081. The issue is the License Manager (LM)2019.0 not the License Manager (LM) 2018.1 or prior hence duplication.Workaround
- Downgrade to License Manager (LM) 2018.1.
- Combine authorization numbers to have only one (1) authorization number for the same feature.
