USA Prime Imagery premium service (I3_Imagery_Prime_World_2D) on premium.arcgisonline.com/desktop/services is returning blank tiles when you zoom in on areas outside those covered by the highest LODs. Works OK for the same service on services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/services.
