Use the provided workaround to resolve the issue.Workaround
Manually encode the quotation marks. To do this, use the Replace() function to replace the quotation marks with "%22" and display this Arcade expression on the popup instead of the original field or expression.
- E.g.: Replace($feature.field, '\"', '%22')
