URL parameters in ArcGIS Experience Builder intermittently fail to select the intended parcel, only zooming to and flashing the feature without updating the selection.

This behavior is by design and occurs when both the 'Data selection' and Search widget URL parameters are enabled. When a search is performed, the widget automatically selects the first result and stores its record ID in the URL. As a result, updating only the searchText parameter in the URL does not update the data source selection, because the selected record ID remains unchanged. To resolve this issue, either: 1. Disable the 'Data selection' URL parameter, or 2. Disable the 'Auto select the first result' option in the Search widget settings.Steps to Reproduce
