Bug
Uri.LocalPath returns an unexpected value if the Databases connection node in the Catalog pane is not expanded at least once when opening an existing project.

Additional Information
Feature layers do not store the path of the SDE connection file used to create them. Only the connection information itself (server, instance, etc.) is stored. When a datastore is opened in ArcGIS Pro for the first time in a session, that path is stored in Datastore.GetPath. If it is the first time opening a datastore from the catalog, the path of the catalog item's SDE file is stored in this value. If it is the first time opening a datastore from a feature layer, a temporary SDE file is created in the temp directory, and this path is stored with the datastore.Steps to Reproduce
