Additional Information

When making consecutive edits on the same effective date, no record for the event with the same From and To dates are kept in the system. The result of the two consecutive edits is one record for before any edits take place and one record for after both edits take place. The record for after the first edit, but before the second edit, is deleted since it has the same From and To dates.
