Upper case letters in parameter names encoded using the UrlEncode Arcade function are displayed as lower case letters in feature pop-ups in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app.

The issue is not reproducible in the June 2022 release of ArcGIS Online. If experiencing the described behavior, please reach out to Esri Support Services as a new reproduction case is needed for continued investigation.Workaround
Hard code the parameters with any necessary URL encoding.
