Upon the install of ArcGIS Desktop software, the registry key, GPQuickReference.chm, gets created in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Mircosoft\Windows\HTML Help and its value is set to C:\Program Files\arcgis\help; however, the actual file gets installed under C:\Program Files\arcgis\help\gp.
