Bug
Upon adding a Web Map Tile Service (WMTS) to the ArcGIS Enterprise portal map viewer, the appropriate tile row and column values are not obeyed after changing the TileMatrixSet parameter from the default to another tiling scheme.

This defect is logged against a version of the software that is no longer supported. The issue is not reproducible in newer versions of ArcGIS Enterprise Map Viewer.
