Uploading a point cloud from Site Scan for ArcGIS returns the error message "error code: 4001 - Scene layer creation only supports input srs as WebMercator."

Additional Information
This is a limitation of the production version of the Connector. A fix has been added in the beta version of the Connector. To publish the point cloud, please enable the beta by clicking on the organization icon in the lower left, and click User Settings > Features. Toggle on ArcGIS Connector - Tiled Imagery Support.Workaround
Publishing the scene layer using the beta ArcGIS Connector no longer presents this error message; this beta feature can be turned on from the User Settings menu.
