Bug
Uploading a CSV file with string values in a double field to ArcGIS Online returns the following error, "there was an error" and charge credits.

Additional Information
Work as expected on ArcGIS Online to publish. User should make sure to put reasonable values for the first 10 rows so that during the publishing process, system would based on the sample data to generate a suitable field type. However, user can always go through UI to modify field type or use REST Admin API to change the data fields schema.Workaround
- Ensure data does not contain string values if the data is intended to be a double or integer field.
- Manually set the field type to string.
