Upgrading Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS from 1.1 to 1.2 or 1.3 fails if the GeoLookup widget is present in the application.

Use the out-of-the-box GeoLookup widget.Workaround
Remove the GeoLookup widget from all applications at 1.1 before upgrading. The GeoLookup widget is out-of-the-box starting at 1.2, allowing the widget to be reconfigured at this point.
