Upgrading the User Type from Creator to GIS Professional Advanced in ArcGIS Online does not display ArcGIS Pro and Pro Extensions under New Members Defaults.

Workaround

  1. Revoke/Remove all the licenses for ArcGIS Pro, Pro Extensions, App bundles, Applications and click Save.
  2. Re-configure all the licenses with Extension and App Bundles.
  3. The option for configuring the licenses and extensions appears under New Members Defaults.
