Upgrading issues of SQL Server Enterprise Geodatabase in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.2 and ArcGIS Desktop 10.8.2. Once a geodatabase is upgraded via ArcGIS Pro 2.9.2, it is not possible to downgrade it via ArcGIS Desktop 10.8.2.

Additional Information
Once ArcGIS Pro is used to upgrade the enterprise geodatabase, only use ArcGIS Pro to upgrade from that point forward. If the upgrade button is clicked in ArcMap, it does not revert or change the geodatabase repository tables or objects. Upgrade status messages in future versions of ArcGIS Pro are to be changed to make it clear which version of the geodatabase is installed.Workaround
Upgrade with ArcGIS Pro 2.9.2 only, and do not use the upgrade tool in ArcCatalog 10.8.2.
