Upgrading from ArcSDE 9.3 to ArcSDE 9.3.1 SP1 using sdesetup -o upgrade command failed with error: "Unable to load Type st_domain_stats_body, underlying DBMS error encountered. ERROR in creating system stored procedures. Error: -51 DBMS error code: 24344 ORA-24344: success with compilation error SDE release upgrade not completed(-1). ERROR installing/upgrading ArcSDE, Error = -1".
