Upgrading a parcel fabric after applying ArcGIS 10 Service Pack 2, is significantly slower in an ArcSDE Enterprise geodatabase, as compared to a file geodatabase.

This issue is not addressed in the version reported. If the issue persists in the current version, please contact Technical Support.Workaround
Export the feature dataset containing the parcel fabric to a file geodatabase to perform the upgrade and re-import it into ArcSDE after the upgrade completes.Changing the SQL Server recovery model to simple, greatly improves the upgrade performance within the ArcSDE geodatabase (but it still cannot compare with a File geodatabase (FGDB)).Steps to Reproduce
