Defect BUG-000177260 is resolved in the upcoming ArcGIS Enterprise 12.0 release and has been patched for ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 with the Portal for ArcGIS 11.5 Web Applications Patch. Esri recommends all customers using the ArcGIS Enterprise portal 11.5 apply this patch.
