Updating the credentials of a portal connection in the ArcGIS Monitor component fails.

Workaround

1. Unregister the ArcGIS Monitor Agent.

3. Ensure that the username and password entered in Step 2 are the username and password for the ArcGIS Monitor Server Admin.
