This issue is no longer reproducible using ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 and creating features using the new Map Viewer. For ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2, install the following patch - https://support.esri.com/en-us/patches-updates/2024/portal-for-arcgis-security-2024-update-2-patch.Workaround
Add new features in Map Viewer Classic before editing in ArcGIS Field Maps.
